SHIPPING AND RETURNS

ALL OF OUR JEWELRY COMES IN A GORGEOUS CUSTOM BOX WITH OUR LOGO ON IT.

Shipping to the USA

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm will be processed within 24 hours if the item is in stock.
Orders placed on Friday after 3pm or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable.
Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We do not currently offer Saturday delivery.
We will contact you if there are any issues with your order.

Shipping to other destinations
We do ship orders internationally, but we ask you to contact us first so that we can arrange the correct insurance, import duties and taxes.

Returns and exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, but if you contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your order we will be happy to initiate an exchange or issue you store credit. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging a courier collection.
All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact including all tags. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or process store credit if the piece received is determined to be damaged or altered in any way.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
